1. Data controller

Amigos del Baile, a non-profit community based in Salamanca, Spain, is responsible for processing the personal data you provide. Contact: hola@amigosdelbaile.org.

2. Purpose of processing

We process your data to manage your membership, respond to enquiries, send information about activities (where you have consented) and manage suggestions for new places for our directories.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis is your explicit consent when filling in our forms, and the performance of the membership relationship once you join, in accordance with the GDPR and Spanish data protection law.

4. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. We may use service providers (e.g. web hosting or email delivery) acting as data processors under contract.

5. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@amigosdelbaile.org. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your local supervisory authority.

6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your relationship with the association lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by law.
